Is My Friends House Haunted? Please HELP.?

Okay... So when my friend comes in from school, he sometimes hears noises, he grabs his baseball bat, and runs upstairs... just to find NOTHING. He will then return downstairs, and he will keep hearing the noises. he then starts shouting to the entity saying "Come on Show yourself Get down here now you fu***ng " and things like that. He used to live in a house that was built on top of an old fire station. His little sister, who was about 3 at the time had two imaginary friends, one called maccy and one called sally. His sister didn't know that their old house was built on top of a firestation. And funnily enough one of the firemen who worked there was called MAC, who died in the firestation.but his sister could of called him maccy as a nickname. And his sisters great grandma was called sally, but his little sister didn't know about her. so they moved house, and his mam and dad split up, his mams house seems to be the haunted house. he told me about one incident, where him and his mam were sleeping at about 5 am, and they heard crashing noises downstairs, so they both went down to check, and all of the ornaments on the fireplace were knocked down, and the t.v was turned on. His mam started to worry, and called in a physic guy, and he said that there was 2 little girls entitys living in the house with him... please help me make my decision if his house is haunted or not, i don't mind if it is - it would be exciting. but if it isn't then that's fine too. tell me your opinions.
