8DPO, TTC, sick after everything i eat...pregnant?

I know its early, AF isn't due until the 16th so I will probably test monday but just wanted to get my hopes up a little :)....could it be possible? Literally I can't eat anything without getting stomach pains just for the past 2 days...anyone had similar symptoms and got a bfp??????? :)
