How long do I cook a turkey for?

The turkey I bought is about 15 pounds. I thawed it last night but it is still partially frozen. The package says to cook it for about 4 hours, but that doesn't seem long enough especially since its still a tad on the frozen side. I put it in about half hour ago, around 10:30.
