Help with my dell laptop!!!?

k so the battrey was dead so i shut it down and then when i opend it it said battery was low press f1 to cont. i didnt thnk of it so i closed it when to get the cable pluged it in restarted it and now it doesent even go p the dell LOGO!!!!!! it just freezes.... i took out the battey and put it back it it didint work...... HELP
