More Corel Paint Shop Pro XI problems?

The easiest way to fill a transparent area with color is to create a new layer and drag it below the layer with the transparent area you want to fill. With the new layer highlighted and black set as the Fill Color, click on the image with the Paintbucket. The new layer will completely fill with black which will show through the transparent area on the layer above it. Merge the two layers after you're absolutely sure you won't be making any additional changes to it.
