I don't think you need closure. I think you need therapy. Seriously. Talk to a professional and get some unbiased guidance to help you through your problem. It's been three years. You should be moving on by now. Don't act on your feelings. Don't start stalking someone which might potentially interfere with his life. Don't put yourself in a situation where someone might have to get a restraining order against you. He's moved on. You need to move on too. Seek counseling.
