Do i have a case for monetary compensation?

someone called me three days ago and told me my pictures are on an escort site , i typed in the web adress and there I am the pictures were stolen from my Myspace account and underneathe my pictures it says my name is >>>>>>>> and i am lots of fun and offer GFE service and these are my rates >>>>>>>> !!!! WTF???? so i called and the lady said she has met this gurl and that this gurl has been working for her service for three years and that this gurl is in her early twenties and has a preschool aged child and lots of financial problems blah blah blah she had a story for each of my pictures that absolutely were not true! i offered to come and meet with her right now to prove my identity and to prove i am not the person she met and that i want my Fkng pics off of her disgusting website NOW!!!!!! I have called her numerous times since then I have threatened to go to the police , take legal action , sue her for monies that she may have acquired while using these pictures....legally I dnt know what I can do because my pictures are still up there and she will not answer my calls now so i continue to leave voice mails and im ready to go to the police and start a big sting operation and bust her ******* business wide open for doing this me and my reputation I told her machine last night that if i woke up today and my pictures are still there, I am going to the police she doesnt care , cause indeed they are still there....what can I do.....please someone help!!!!
