Can you use a company name in a treatment description?

i am starting a spa and have been making up a menu of treatments but i wanted to know if i could use a company name like (this is just an example) a Hershey body scrub if I was really using the product in my treatment? what if i was to give the product away after i was done the treatment sort of like advertising?? thanks for any advice!
